Frittata
Frittata recipe, if you ever forget:
- Preheat oven to around 375
- Sautee veggies of your choice in a tbsp or 2 of butter (mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, soy crumbles or a meat of your choice)
- 6 eggs, whisked, beaten and seasoned with salt, garlic pepper and veggie seasoning
- 1 TON OF CHEESE
- ½ cup of evaporated milk
- Mix it all up in a pyrex dish thing and cook for 25 mins.
- After done, take it out and let it cool for a couple mins.
Damn good! You’ll have leftovers for a couple mornings.
