Card Night Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

Card Night is a card games app for iPhone and iPad made by Wes Rogers. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

Data kept on your device

Your settings, statistics and games in progress are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us, and we don't run any servers or accounts for the app.

Advertising

Card Night shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), IP address, general location derived from it, ad interactions, and crash and performance data. When the app first launches, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Google's use of this data is described inHow Google uses information from sites or apps that use its servicesand the Google Privacy Policy.

Online play

Online games use Apple's Game Center. Your Game Center name is shown to the other players in a match, and game moves are sent between players' devices through Apple. Apple's handling of Game Center data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Children

Card Night is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
